It refers to the transportation in which domestic shippers import cargo from overseas SHIPPER and re-export it to CONSIGNEE in a third country, and there are two methods: domestic and direct transportation from the destination of shipment to a third country without domestic.
In the B/L issued at the destination of shipment, the domestic shipper usually specifies CONSIGNEE, and the SWITCH B/L is issued to the domestic shipper after collecting the B/L issued at the destination of shipment in Korea. On the SWITCH B/L, the domestic shipper is specified as SHIPPER, and the END USER in a third country is specified as CONSIGNEE
